Returns & Our Happy Plant Promise

We want you to be as happy as your plants when you use Leaflet! Leaflet purchases and subscriptions are backed by our Happy Plant Promise, meaning if you aren’t seeing the results you’d like you can cancel your subscription at any time within the first thirty days of getting your sensors with no hassle. We’ve designed our return policy to be simple and easy.

Returns & Canceling My Subscription
Before 30 days

Leaflet purchases are backed by the Leaflet Promise. If within the first thirty day period when you received your sensors, you may cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed and canceled in the Leaflet app through the “my account” link. Upon termination of your subscription, you must return all sensors in your possession to Krado within thirty days. Read the full Terms of Sale on returns before 30 days.

After 30 days

Returns & cancellations after 30 days are up to our discretion, but send us an email at support@krado.co and we’ll work with you to come to a result that makes you happy. Read the full Terms of Sale on returns after 30 days.

Returns Process

Send us an email at support@krado.co to get started. A box is not needed to process the refund, but it’s a good idea to save it as Krado packages have been specially designed to be reused to reduce waste.

Sensor Returns

Leaflet sensors need to be returned within 30 days of cancellation. Provided that you mail your sensors in good working condition back to us, we will bear the costs associated with the return. If you fail to return sensors, we may charge you a fee. This is part of our effort to reduce e-waste. Read the full Terms of Sale on Sensor Returns.

Plant Product Returns

Because all plant products are formulated especially for your specific plants, if you’re not seeing the results you like, there is no need to return any product. Feel free to keep any product sent.
